Mind foundation for deal with children

Making a deal with your kid is a very challenging work, it is work from God, instead saying making the deal with your kid, I would rougher say it is making the deal with our own mind.


I always feel our children is the Angels from God and also the Angels in our family, what ever they do, is the part of joy in our life. even some time drive me crazy. kids are smart, and it is really smarter then us. if we did right to them, we could feel the reward from them, if we did not quite right, they will make even tougher situation to make us struggled. so from my experience, I learned as follow:


First: don't rush to deal the situation, stop and think first. what ever they did, is a reflection from us. for example: they are bad attitude, their careless, their lazy to do their work, they don't like exercise, they are too rush to give answer without thinking well...., yes if we think back, we might did the same way. when I see my 1st daughter yelling my younger son, I can reflect how my wife yelling my daughter. God just amazing, he need teach us lesson  by setting up our kid to copy us, so we can see our own personality. once I get angry I through the book on the floor, couple of weeks later, when my son angry with sister, he through the book on the floor as well. so I understand, God not just ask us taking care of kids, but also mainly position kids for him to teach us how to be our self.


Second: we should think what ever our move is, it will lead our children toward an direction, good or bad for their personality. we use improper way to do, they well show us the improper result for us to deal even hard. so we have to control our emotion hard, it is like change an habit, very very hard, but we have to do.


Third: in order to train our kids smart, actually is training our self smarter. for example. my daughter's hand get hurt when she playing basket ball. as soon as her start crying, my wife start to say:" don't cry, don't cry, if you feel bad, we quite". I disagree about this reaction. it comes from love and care from mother's bottom of heart. but it will create habit for kids to quite anything feel harder for them.


Be careful on any of reaction we will do by slow down and think further the result will be. think it is a lesson God give us not to our kids. be honest and courage to improve our self instead only ask our kids do better.

Whitehouse struggled in between capitalism way or socialism way

Whitehouse really need some expertise who can teach them more knowledge about how to make this confused human world work again.

Look, China used to be a "socialism country" for last few Centuries, but actrully is not real socialism because back then China is far away from fullfilled and rich economy. so start from DenXiaoPing years, China open to the "Capitalism", and encourage private business, and open to capitalism to grow economy.

In the same years, United State lock like fullfilled and rich economy, no mater how much waste on any production usage like energy, water, paper, electronics... all over the country. economy keep growing. any fake idea can create a new private business, create job, create more money, create great country. our country almost ready to become a "Socialism" country. money from business owner and country goverment flow back to people. our income, our benifit kept rising and rising.

In this current generation, the world become smaller and smaller, even we still have different country boundary, but all the e-business bring the whole world as one small village. the whole world become one unit, even it is unbalanced.

it is easy for China, since they growing from low to high, but United State is lost, because there is no way to step down.

"Socialism" type high income, best benifit are not one country's business anymore, it is the whole world business. So same as United State can not become another fake "socialism"country,

Whitehouse now struggling on all the stratagy to get economy back on track, actually they struggling on all the decisions is in between "Socialism" way or in "Capitalism" way. they cannot get any decision right, if they can not make up their mind for the direction. And on the other hand, All our people of United State can not understand which side of the way they are willing to take. The way their doing, can not make our country get back on track. it will only end up like mouth fight inbetween politicians, or in between politicians and wall street. nothing help with american people.

China is in early "Capitalism" age. all the profit depends on free competition. they don't have enough system boundaries for the private company to giving better benifit, also since their country still act as a "Socialism” country, government take more responsibility for improving benefit. the business profit, can be profitable based on low pay but high skill worker.

In United State is the opposite way. We think it is "Capitalism" country, but too many law bond the business owner pay higher pay, even hire low skill worker, for example State Compensation Insurnce Fund request: Carpenter hourly rate in california have to be above $27 per hour. Otherwise business owner get ponishment WCI rate over 50% pay check amount. which means: Every $100 pay check to worker. company owner have to spent over $50 buy worker's compensation insurence if worker get paid under $27 dollars per hour. But housing market underwater, construction worker is the biggist quantity of jobless group, construction job down to almost 10% of job before. why business owner cannot hire cheaper carpenter with good skill maybe just need around $20 per hourr? plus all the carpenter work with goverment are all get paid over $80 per hr. why goverment can not use cheaper worker to save budget, save our tax payers money? in some goverment job use 6 people crew but same job in private company only need 2 people. Does goverment have to spend that kind of money? private company duing economic crises, cut high pay worker to save business. But goverment cut low pay worker,during crises why?

It is obviously, if we are willing to have Capitalism country, let business owner hire worker cheaper, so the income less but at lease have income, business owner can keep going business, can compete with other country product prize. US dollar inflation presure will be automatic release, that is call "Capitalism". let the money do the work it self. that is the way we should go. There is no way to go "socialism" since the whole world unbalanced. economic has it own way to balance it up. it is natural, it is from the god we can only follow.

On the other hand, China and other fast growing Asia countries, are also part of the earth village. When China left far behind in the back in 70's. All because Chirman Mao close up it's own country. and now our Whitehouse do the same thing, they still close up all the easy entry to the communist party's country, especially China.

Let's do a math, if 10% of rich people come to here easily and freely, how much money they will spend here in United State to creat job and business. If we create some special area in every state or city as a tax free business zone 5 years. how much forien country business will come to supply jobs, how many our own local business don't have to move outsourses. only small Taiwan, has already held up California real estate market 3 times since 1980's. think about big China and India, Hong kong and Korea.

Obama should call me get this idea. I just hope his crew can help him read my blog. because this is the best idea to help this country. this idea full of my love for this country. this is the normal american people, american small business owner's suggestion from the bottom of deeply heart.

It doesn't mater what "lism" is, as long as good for american people, and country, it is doesn't mater Republican or Democratic Party, those are all Human creation, it is against Nature, We build our country under God, We need feel how God set the "Nature" is and how this "Nature" run under God's preset function.

This is very challenge decade every one lost, every one walk in the dark, there is no example to learn. so all we can do is try our best, give encourage to any one work hard for our country in the capital especially Obama. because I can feel he is try to do the best, even he is not quite know how.
